Privacy Policy

In short

Quietdoku has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking. We collect only what is needed for rankings, challenges and fair play.

What we collect

An anonymous account ID created when the app first goes online. You do not need to sign up to play.

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google (optional, to keep your progress when you switch phones): the email address and account identifier that Apple or Google share with us. With Apple you can hide your real email.

Your game results: puzzle, time, mistakes, hints used, the sequence of moves and your local date (for streaks). Moves are used to verify results and keep leaderboards fair.

Anything you choose to add: a nickname and a country or region, shown on leaderboards and challenges.

What stays on your device

Your saved games, statistics and achievements are stored on your device. You can play fully offline; nothing is sent while offline.

Only if you sign in, a copy of your progress (level, solved puzzles, best times, achievements) is also kept on our backend so it can be restored on another device.

Purchases

Quietdoku Pro is optional. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details.

Your subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our purchase service provider, linked to your Quietdoku account ID. It is used only to unlock Pro, restore purchases on a new device and prevent fraud. Deleting your account also deletes this record.

How we use it

To calculate rankings, ratings, seasons and achievements, to run challenges between players, and to detect cheating. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On our backend hosted by Supabase. Data is sent over encrypted connections. Like most online services, the hosting platform keeps short-lived access logs that include IP addresses, used only for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can clear your nickname and country at any time in Me. To delete your account and all online data (results, rankings, cloud progress), tap Me → Delete account; it takes effect immediately. You can also email support@quietdoku.com with the account ID shown in Me.

Children

Quietdoku is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date below.
